|

In this 11-week bootcamp, you'll learn from diverse professional backgrounds how to apply research and strategic design methodologies to seek business opportunities and solutions from a holistic perspective: strategy, user experience, technology, and creativity. This is a creative role that seeks to drive company and business growth.

Research

We welcome everyone to the course, share expectations, and establish the foundation for our work. In this first week, we'll lay the groundwork for research by asking the right questions to identify problems and needs and build a mental map to work on.

User Experience and Service Design

Through these two disciplines, we will look at how to improve the interaction between people and the products and services they use, both in digital environments (UX) and at other touchpoints, to improve customer satisfaction.

Business models

In consulting, these models are analyzed and designed, considering factors such as value proposition, customer segments, revenue sources, cost structure, and key alliances. You'll understand how different models and companies work.

Business opportunities

We will seek to identify patterns and extract key insights to uncover opportunities. This analysis will allow us to identify needs, points of friction in the current experience, and areas for improvement or innovation in products or services.

Designing futures

This methodology takes signals from the present, emerging trends, technologies, social or environmental changes, and projects them over time to imagine different futures and make more consistent long-term decisions.

Co-creation

We explore collaborative thinking as an innovation tool. We'll learn how to organize ideation sessions and facilitate teamwork. Shared creativity will allow us to generate more powerful and distinctive ideas.

New technologies

Technology is a tool for transformation. It's important to understand how creative technology studios work and how the emergence of AI can evolve businesses.

Creativity beyond creativity

Creativity is a very serious matter. The creative on "Mad Men" gives way to the creative inventor. The power of observation and connecting the dots with lateral thinking gives rise to disruptive ideas that go beyond a communications campaign.

Prototyping

We prototyped our solution in its simplest form to quickly test it. We sought real feedback and identified opportunities for improvement. Interaction will be key to perfecting the proposal.

Communication and relevance

We learn how to structure the presentation of our solution to the client. We organize information clearly and effectively. We use storytelling techniques to generate impact and communicate our value in an emotional way.

Masterclasses + Final presentation to the client

Before the course ends, guest speakers will be on hand to inspire you and help you plan your future. You'll also have a project presentation with a real client.

Weekly tutorials to review projects

Receive personalized weekly mentoring to review and improve your advertising projects. Ongoing support to refine ideas, resolve questions, and move forward confidently with each delivery.

You will have three creativity quarters that include core training subjects and that you will share with other creativity students.

Creativity + Portfolio

Work with real briefs

You'll learn to work and think creatively with real-life creative briefs that will be part of your portfolio, presenting your ideas and producing content within a 100% hands-on learning environment.

Student Competitions

Awards

Creativity is learned, and at Madrid Ad School we have the best. You will have classes exclusively on creative thinking.

Design tools

Technical skills

You will learn to use the main design programs to carry out your ideas: Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign and WordPress.
